The Men Carve visited South Beach yesterday to interact with a variety of beachgoers in an effort to hear their thought and get their mind on how gender norms affect them.
The game was simple but entertaining. Someone chose a question and quickly and provided an answer without much thought.
According to Minenhle (social media), it was thrilling to meet new people and learn about different perspectives, particularly on gender roles like "Indoda ayikhali" and how to handle your emotions in particular as a man or boy. There were also Nomzamo, Thabile, Linda, and Zakhe from The Men Carve team.
The Men Carve will post the videos on their social media channels so that people can continue to comment on the question we are posing.
